  • Item Details: This Natural Yellow Sapphire displays a vivid golden yellow colour with excellent natural character and brilliance. The gemstone has a refractive index of 1.760–1.768 and is identified as birefringent under polariscope examination. Under short-wave UV light, it shows a weak orange reaction, while remaining inert under long-wave UV. Microscopic examination reveals natural inclusions such as feathers and silk.
